Stop inciting violence and riots in the name of opposing the Waqf Act says VHP

Ever since the Waqf (Amendment) Bill-2025 became law, some intransigent and dogmatic Muslim leaders and organizations have been relentlessly active in setting off and bewildering the Muslims of the country and inflaming them to violence. Now some so-called Muslim intellectuals have also joined forces with this gang in spreading falsehoods and fabricated narratives, who have recently written a letter to the Muslim MPs of the country.

Reacting to this, the Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh of Vishva Hindu Parishad, Vijay Shankar Tiwari, said that the said letter is an affront to the parliamentary system of governance and the constitution and also the act of spreading falsehoods and misrepresentations to inflame the Muslim community to indulge in violent and anti-national activities is a law-breaking offense. Through this letter, their designs to create a ‘Muslim India’ after their G-e-H model have also been exposed, which was once dreamt of by the fundamentalist leader Syed Shahabuddin.

The letter talks about protecting minority rights but only Muslims are named in it. It talks about ‘strangulating the Muslim community’ and inciting them to ‘fight for the dignified existence of Muslims’. The letter also appeals for ‘raising the collective voice of Muslims’ and demonstrations in and outside the Parliament and boycott of the Parliament so that ‘the attention of the media of the country and abroad can be strategically attracted’.

He said that it is unfortunate that the signatories to this letter are not only radical Muslim leaders or Jihadi organizations but also include Ex. MLAs, MPs, IAS, IPS, military officers, Chairman of Minority Commission, Vice Chancellors of Universities, Waqf Board officers, senior advocates and so called journalists who have taken the oath of ‘secularism’ on the Constitution of Bharat. For all of them, Majhab (religion) is far greater than the country, for which these people are ready to go to any extent. They know that when Muslim dogmatists come out on the streets, they do nothing but violence, riots and arson, yet they are instigating them to do so.

The VHP also said that their dream of turning Sanatan Mrityunjayi (Immortal) Bharat into their Ghazwa-e-Hind agenda based ‘Muslim India’ will never ever materialise, but yes, if any riot takes place in the country as a result of their incitement, then all these signatories will have to take responsibility for it and they will stand before the entire country as law-breaking villains and felons.

The VHP said that it should be remembered that except for these G-e-H inspired Muslims, all the other minorities of the country are happy with this new law because most of the people have been distressed by and victims of the Land Jihad terror of the Waqf Boards.

Remember that Bharat is a sovereign, secular, democratic republic, whose soul is the Constitution. Any organization saying or indicating that for them Majhabi law is above the Constitution is not only a threat to the national unity and territorial integrity of Bharat, but it is also a grim affront to democracy and the judicial system.

We expect the central government and the judiciary to take this letter matter seriously because this G-e-H mindset had already caused the partition of Bharat. The thinking of placing Majhab above the constitution can also be fatal for the internal security and social harmony of the country.

Vishva Hindu Parishad reiterates that the Constitution is supreme, and no Majhabi or caste organization must be allowed to cross the limits of Constitutional propriety and protocols!
